NetGold Services

NetGold's intent is to provide a virtual web site for individuals and businesses on the Internet mirroring real life commerce and personal exchange. This is to provide an atmosphere where people and businesses can easily become introduced to the Internet, while maintaining a functional site for everyone. Toward this end, the site should retain the personality of the individual people and businesses, while allowing a medium for creative growth and information exchange. NetGold's first attempt at this endeavor is Texas Clear Lake Community (www.tx-clearlake.com). In addition, NetGold is an authorized agent for iMall, the largest commercial web mall. Texas Clear Lake Community will continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the communities utilizing its features and information. We ask for your input in molding the web site to meet your needs. Please visit our comments page if you have suggestions or comments.

Available NetGold Services:

1. Free Web Space

   Five megs of free web space -

   available for use by qualified people and companies on the Texas Clear Lake Communities web site. This space is subject to the terms and conditions on our T&C's page. Requires two exchange links back to the Texas Clear Lake Community home page. Includes one free link from our business or personal directory, or a community directory of your choice.

   
   
2. Web Site Services -

   Additional web space -

   $5.00 per month per additional 5 meg (in 5 meg increments).

   E-mail accounts -

   $5.00 per month per account with a $10.00 set up charge per account.

   E-mail forward accounts -

   $3.00 per month per account with a $5.00 setup charge. This will forward e-mail on our system to an existing e-mail account on another system.

   Forms page -

   $10.00 per month per account. This will send information that someone puts in a form to your e-mail account. An example is our Comments page.

   Auto responder -

   $10.00 per month per account. This will automatically return an e-mail response to someone sending you e-mail, or alternately filling out a form.

   
   
3. Internet Consulting - $100.00 per hour, or quote upon request for a specific project for the following:

   web design, marketing, Internet business, advertising

   Web Site design

   Training -

4. Agent for iMall

   Classified Ads -

   $75.00 per 200 word ad for 3 months

   Display Ads -

   $300.00 per one page ad setup, plus $100.00 per month maintenance fee (includes scanning a picture, logo etc.)

   Complete Web Sites -

   by quote (a typical 5 page site runs about $3,000.00 for set up and $150.00 per month maintenance, including capability for secured purchases and transactions with customers), plus applicable InterNIC registration fees for domain name accounts.

   
   
5. Agent for Texas Clear Lake Community

   Free Web Space (non-domain accounts only) -

   requires two exchange links back to the TexasClear Lake Community home page. See item 1 above for additional details.

   General Classified Ads -

   $25.00 per month for a 1 page ad

   General Display ads -

   $150.00 set up plus $50.00 per month maintenance (includes one scanned item)

   Distributed Display Ads -

   depends upon ad placement within the web site; $150.00 set up plus $50.00 to $1,000.00 per month maintenance; price for additional links to your ad depends upon placement, starting at $50.00 per month per additional link, with volume discount available

   Complete Web Sites -

   by quote (a typical 5 page web site not requiring secured transactions runs about $1,500.00 set up plus $50.00 per month maintenance); includes one e-mail account and one response form.

   Additional Links -

   from additional directories in Texas Clear Lake Community to your existing web sites, or a web site you build yourself with our 5 meg free starter web space; $50.00 per month with no additional exchange links, $25.00 per month with one additional exchange link, free with 2 additional exchange links (an "exchange link" is a return link back to Texas Clear Lake Community); free links subject to discretion of NetGold (exaggerated example - a web site with only one short page would not typically be allowed 5 free links by putting 10 exchange links on their one page).    Domain Accounts -

   $100.00 per month with no additional exchange links, $50.00 per month with one additional exchange link, $25.00 per month with 2 additional exchange links (an "exchange link" is a return link back to Texas Clear Lake Community), these additional links are at the discression of NetGold based upon factors such as site size; includes a free link from our business or personal directory to your site, 5 additional meg of web space (10 meg total) and one E-mail account; the setup fee for domain name accounts on our web site is $100.00 (ie www.yourname.com), plus the applicable InterNIC registration fees ($100.00 for the first 2 years, billed by InterNIC). Existing domains can transfer to Texas Clear Lake Community for a fee of $50.00 per domain name.
